Objectives

The key objectives of this project are:

  1. To apply bioinformatics methods to identify both human and mouse genes exhibiting alternative splicing by exon skipping.

  2. To construct an online searchable database of such alternatively spliced genes.

  3. To make a comparison between alternatively spliced genes of human and mouse.
