MIDB - An Eukaryotic Mismatched Intron Database We have generated a database containing all discordant intron positions in homologous genes (MIDB for Mismatched Intron Database) using ExInt, Discordant intron positions are those that are either closely located in homologous genes (within a window of 10 residues) or an intron position that is present in one gene but not in any of its homologs. The database will be maintained and regularly updated. The MIDB database is searchable by Locus name or by Keyword search and has links to ExInt Database.
